If you are checking out Winnemucca Christian Fellowship for the first time, we want you to know that we would be honored to have you visit our Sunday Service.

We often have new people visit every week.  We want you to be as comfortable as possible, so we have put together some information to help make your visit enjoyable.

Schedule your visit now and we will:

    • reserve a parking spot for you up front
    • meet you at the front door
    • introduce you around
    • get your kids introduced to our kids or youth leaders and teachers
    • introduce you to our Lead Pastor

Have more questions? Here are some common questions (with answers, no less!).

CAN I ATTEND IF I'M _______________?

Many of us fear "coming to church" because of our past, our current lifestyle or our life situation. At WCF, we seek to be a place where anyone (honestly everyone) can come as they are with the expectation that Jesus will transform us into who He wants us to be. Join us and let’s seek Jesus together.

GOT KIDS? Easy answer: Bring them!

WHEN DO I ARRIVE & WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

We currently have a public worship service on Sunday at 10:30am. Come 10-15 minutes early and grab a seat and say hi. ...or be a people watcher... that's fine too.

We have a blended music style led by our praise team.  Our music includes traditional hymns and also songs from artists like Chris Tomlin, Phil Wickham, the Gettys and others.

Our service lasts about 90 minutes. Here is a link to our order of service for this coming Sunday.

We also have several other times we gather throughout the week. Men gather on Mondays.  Women gather on Thursdays and Saturdays. Kids gather at Awana on Tuesdays. Older youth gather on Wednesdays. We meet Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings for a time of questions and answers or discipleship. We also have a few gatherings within homes for a more relaxed place to learn about Jesus.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Some congregations are very formal & others are very loose. At WCF, we are somewhere in the middle. Our worship service has structure to it, but it isn't rigid. Wear what you're comfortable in. Jeans? Dresses? Slacks? Hoodies and beat up boots? We wear all those things... In the summer, it is not uncommon for people to wear shorts & flip flops. The bottom line is that we want people to feel comfortable during the service so they can hear the truth of God’s Word & not worry about the external issues.
